You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Use a strong password and keep your credentials private.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use HabitQuest. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Use HabitQuest for its intended purpose: tracking habits, managing tasks, and rewarding yourself. Do not use the platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the service

You own the content you create on HabitQuest -- your projects, tasks, store items, and any other data you enter. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We strive to keep HabitQuest available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
